Was trying to become a patient with them. Spoke to a Chrissy on the phone who was extremely nice however trying to call and cancel my appointment, due to my insurance being out of network, before I’m charged their $50 is impossible! I’ve left messages and have not been called back. Decided to go into the office since I only live 5 mins away, walked into the office and no one was at the front desk. Waited 15 minutes for someone before I had to leave for work. If they do not call me back I will have to dispute the charge. I’m doing my part to follow their cancellation rule and getting nothing back from them. Very frustrating & completely unprofessional. Working in the medical field myself we always call our pts back within 24 hours.

I love this dentist more than I could ever express!! Doctor Nieva, Abe, and all the staff are amazing! I commute from rolla because they are just THE BEST and I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else! The care is top notch! I feel so comfortable here and trust them 10048920% +more! I just finished my first round of Invisalign and some fillings, then I think another round of Invisalign for my overbite, and then starting cosmetics! I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love this dentist I was a ball of nerves going in there all the staff is amazing the dentist is amazing they are very helpful very affordable have many ways to help you get insurance and get your teeth fixed I literally cried when I seen how beautiful my teeth were when she was done I went in to get one chip fixed and they were bad discolored all chipped up and she fixed four of them and made them look amazing I owe her everything I have a beautiful smile and I am in love with it I highly suggest if you need to see a dentist you need to go here

I’ve been a patient of Fenton Family Dentistry for 4 years. After my most recent checkup, I scheduled the next 6 month checkup for 11/18. On 11/11, I receive the text message asking me to confirm the appointment time which I do. 2 days before the scheduled appointment I get a text saying “Your appointment at Fenton Family Dentistry on Nov 18 2024, 07:00AM has been MOVED to a First Come, First Served status. If you would like this appointment time to be reserved specifically for you, please call our office to ensure it is still available.” I immediately replied to the text message and called. I’ve yet to hear a response. When you schedule appointments around work and childcare, this cancellation was the last straw.In addition to this issue, there have been others, but I always stayed because the hygienists were always nice and gentle. The hygienists are always nice why they get 2 stars instead 0!Previous issues-started Invisalign treatment after signing/agreeing that the upfront cost was all inclusive. However, they tried to charge me for additional Invisalign service.-they charged me over $300 for a routine visit despite billing dental insurance. They said once dental insurance paid them, they would quickly reimburse me. The dental insurance reimbursed them with a week or two. It took about 6 months and several phone calls and emails to the practice to get reimbursed.

Always wonderful. Like most, i hate going to the dentist! I avoided it for...well...19 years. They didnt judge me and went through every thing tooth related and what changed in the 2 decades i didnt go.But more importantly, it was pain free. Physically, sure. Because they numb you; but also in general, dental work is a pain in the arse. Not here. Time flies every time and the friendliness of the staff and their enthusiasm is genuine and it makes a huge difference! Michelle is great upfront and super helpful! Goes out of her way for scheduling too. And ive had Sam each time. She is excellent and so...bubbly and happy! Every one there is just like that as well! If you aint usin them youre wrong!
