I absolutely love this dentist I was a ball of nerves going in there all the staff is amazing the dentist is amazing they are very helpful very affordable have many ways to help you get insurance and get your teeth fixed I literally cried when I seen how beautiful my teeth were when she was done I went in to get one chip fixed and they were bad discolored all chipped up and she fixed four of them and made them look amazing I owe her everything I have a beautiful smile and I am in love with it I highly suggest if you need to see a dentist you need to go here

I’ve been a patient of Fenton Family Dentistry for 4 years. After my most recent checkup, I scheduled the next 6 month checkup for 11/18. On 11/11, I receive the text message asking me to confirm the appointment time which I do. 2 days before the scheduled appointment I get a text saying “Your appointment at Fenton Family Dentistry on Nov 18 2024, 07:00AM has been MOVED to a First Come, First Served status. If you would like this appointment time to be reserved specifically for you, please call our office to ensure it is still available.” I immediately replied to the text message and called. I’ve yet to hear a response. When you schedule appointments around work and childcare, this cancellation was the last straw.In addition to this issue, there have been others, but I always stayed because the hygienists were always nice and gentle. The hygienists are always nice why they get 2 stars instead 0!Previous issues-started Invisalign treatment after signing/agreeing that the upfront cost was all inclusive. However, they tried to charge me for additional Invisalign service.-they charged me over $300 for a routine visit despite billing dental insurance. They said once dental insurance paid them, they would quickly reimburse me. The dental insurance reimbursed them with a week or two. It took about 6 months and several phone calls and emails to the practice to get reimbursed.

Always wonderful. Like most, i hate going to the dentist! I avoided it for...well...19 years. They didnt judge me and went through every thing tooth related and what changed in the 2 decades i didnt go.But more importantly, it was pain free. Physically, sure. Because they numb you; but also in general, dental work is a pain in the arse. Not here. Time flies every time and the friendliness of the staff and their enthusiasm is genuine and it makes a huge difference! Michelle is great upfront and super helpful! Goes out of her way for scheduling too. And ive had Sam each time. She is excellent and so...bubbly and happy! Every one there is just like that as well! If you aint usin them youre wrong!

If you value your life DO NOT GO HERE!! My husband had an appointment yesterday he went in for two fillings not only did they fill the wrong holes they tried to sell him other things he said no to all while he was still groggy from the over usage of nitrous. When they started he said they numbed the wrong part of his mouth and then put the mask on for nitrous.. he said at first it felt like he was on a cloud and it turned scary quick. He started getting dizzy and felt as if he was going to die he said. He pulled it off and told them he was going to puke and they walked out and came back and from what my husband understood they did something wrong and was over using the nitrous on his size person. BE WARNED THIS IS JUST HIS EXPERIENCE AND HE WAS TOO OUT OF IT TO CALL THE POLICE AND THEY LET HIM DRIVE HOME!. HE WAS NOT OKAY TO DRIVE.And to the receptionist that called and asked me to remove this review, I WILL NOT! and shame on you for trying to hide what you've done!

In needing to switch dental providers due to a change in insurance coverage, I was completely blown away by the teams dedication to health and care. Their level of professionalism, humanness, expertise, knowledge, and compassion introduced me to a new paradigm of dental care than i have ever experienced. I now understand why my teeth have gotten to a place of having minimal enamel and a lot of wear, and it is all due to the misalignment of my bite.
